Service Description

LC Pilot provides tariff and landed cost calculation tools for ecommerce sellers. Our calculations are estimates based on publicly available tariff data and should not be considered legal or customs advice.

Disclaimer

All tariff calculations are estimates only. Actual duties and fees may vary based on Customs classification decisions, product valuation methods, and current trade orders. For binding rulings, consult a licensed customs broker. LC Pilot is not liable for any discrepancies between our estimates and actual duties assessed.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.

Acceptable Use

You may not use LC Pilot for automated scraping, reselling our data, or any purpose that would abuse the USITC API or our infrastructure. Rate limits apply to all accounts.
