Refund policy
7-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. Cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund — no questions, no forms. Reply to any LC Pilot email or write to support@lcpilot.com and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.
After day 7: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime from Settings to stop future charges. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Annual plans: Same 7-day window. After that, annual subscriptions aren't pro-rated — but we won't auto-renew without warning, and any auto-renewal charge can be reversed with one email if flagged within 30 days.
